Gastronomic arrangement

To serve you better, we offer you a gastronomic arrangement“. We offer you not only the extensive facilities ofour B & B, but we also pay special attention to the expectations of the real gourmet and bon vivant.

In this context we work together with La Fleur de Thym, a top restaurant in the region, member of the “Jeunes Restaurateursd’Europe” and rewarded in the Gault&Millau 2019 with a rate of 15/20! The chef, David Heine, shows in his “aromatic cuisine” to be a master at preparing fresh seasonal products,which he elevates, thanks to precisely dosed spices, to a true culinary delight. You are welcome from 3 pm onwards. We welcome you with a drink and a guided tour of our home. You can then go for a walk, or enjoy the pleasures of our wellness and our outdoor pool.

At 7:30 pm we drive you to La Fleur de Thym for a sophisticated meal in the cosy atmosphere of the restaurant. You can enjoy, depending on your choice, of thesurprise” menu, the Jeunes Restaurateurs d’Europe” menu or the “Mardis Fous” menu, with a selection of exquisite wines.

After the meal we pick you up and we serve you, after a long restful night, an extensive champagne brunch, during which we surprise you with a range of small dishes that make your stay memorable.

Of course you can also book extra other nights with breakfast, giving you the opportunity to explore the region or to laze away during a long quiet holiday weekend.
